Returns, Exchanges, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At ODDMINDED™, we are committed to delivering premium-quality products and providing a seamless shopping experience. Every product undergoes a thorough quality inspection before dispatch.
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or requires a size exchange, we're here to help.
Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

You received the wrong product.

You received the wrong size.

The product is damaged or defective.

The product has a manufacturing defect.
To be eligible, the product must:

Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

Have all original tags attached.
-
Be returned in its original packaging.
-
Be free from stains, perfume, deodorant marks, or any signs of use.

Include the original invoice or order confirmation.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Clearance or Final Sale items.

Gift Cards.
-
Products damaged due to misuse, improper care, or washing.

Products returned without original tags or packaging.
-
Products showing signs of wear or use.
-
Return or exchange requests made after the eligible return period.
3. Size Exchange
Size exchange requests may be submitted within 7 days of delivery and are subject to stock availability.
If your requested size is unavailable, we may offer:

Another available size.

An alternative product of equal value.
-
A higher-value product upon payment of the price difference.
-
Store Credit (where applicable).
Only one size exchange is permitted per item.
4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Clear photographs of the product.

Photographs of the outer packaging.

A brief description of the issue.
Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
5. Return Process
Step 1

Step 2
Our support team will review your request within 2 business days.
Step 3
If your request is approved:

We will arrange a pickup where available.

If pickup is unavailable, you may be asked to ship the product to the address provided by our support team.
Step 4
Once the product reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality inspection before your refund or exchange is processed.
6. Refunds
Refunds are processed only after the returned product successfully passes our quality inspection.
Prepaid Orders
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer or Store Credit, subject to successful verification.
7. Return Shipping Charges
If the return is due to:

Wrong Product Delivered

Manufacturing Defect

Incorrect Size Sent by ODDMINDED™
ODDMINDED™ will bear the return shipping charges.
For returns or exchanges requested due to an incorrect size selected by the customer or a change of mind, return and exchange shipping charges may apply.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before they are packed or dispatched.
To request a cancellation, please email oddminded.in@gmail.com with your Order Number as soon as possible.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Eligible prepaid cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
9. Refunds Not Applicable
Refunds will not be provided for:

Incorrect size selected by the customer after delivery.

Slight colour variations caused by photography or display settings.

Minor measurement tolerance (approximately 1–2 cm).

Courier or shipping delays beyond our control.

Products damaged after delivery due to improper use, washing, or handling.

Products returned without prior approval.

Products that fail our quality inspection.
10. Quality Inspection
Every returned product undergoes inspection by our Quality Control Team.
If the returned product does not meet the eligibility requirements outlined in this policy, it may be returned to the customer without a refund or exchange.
The final decision regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds shall rest solely with ODDMINDED™.
11. Limited Chapter Releases
Certain Chapter releases are produced in limited quantities.
If a replacement size is unavailable because a Chapter has sold out, we may offer:
