At ODDMINDED™, we strive to deliver every order safely, securely, and as quickly as possible. Each order is carefully quality-checked, packed, and dispatched to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition.

Please read this Shipping Policy before placing your order.


1. Order Processing

All orders are processed after successful payment confirmation or order verification (for eligible Cash on Delivery orders).

  • Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During new launches, Chapter releases, festive seasons, promotional campaigns, or sale events, order processing may take slightly longer than usual.


2. Shipping Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines within India:

Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities 4–7 Business Days
Remote Locations 5–9 Business Days

Please note that these timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD), where available, may include an additional handling fee, which will be displayed during checkout.

  • Any applicable shipping charges will always be shown before payment is completed.


4. Shipping Partners

ODDMINDED™ partners with trusted courier and logistics providers across India to ensure timely and secure deliveries.

The courier partner assigned to your order may vary depending on your delivery location and service availability.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:

  • Order Dispatch Confirmation

  • Tracking Number

  • Courier Partner Details

  • Shipment Tracking Link

These details will be sent to your registered email address and/or mobile number.


6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners generally make multiple delivery attempts.

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Incorrect shipping address

  • Incorrect contact number

  • Customer unavailability

  • Refusal to accept the shipment

the package may be returned to us.

Additional re-shipping charges may apply where applicable.


7. Address Changes

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us at oddminded.in@gmail.com before your order has been packed or dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.


8. Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Weather Conditions

  • Natural Disasters

  • Government Restrictions

  • Transportation Disruptions

  • Public Holidays

  • High Order Volumes

  • Courier Network Issues

We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.


9. Undelivered or Returned Orders

If an order is returned to us because of:

  • Incorrect Shipping Address

  • Customer Unavailability

  • Refusal to Accept Delivery

  • Failure to Respond to Courier Communication

our support team will contact you to arrange re-delivery.

Additional shipping charges may apply.

Repeated refusal of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may result in restrictions on future COD purchases.


10. International Shipping

At present, ODDMINDED™ ships only within India.

We may introduce international shipping in the future. Any such updates will be announced on our website.


11. Order Status

You can monitor the status of your shipment using the tracking link shared after dispatch.

If your order has not been delivered within the estimated delivery period, please contact our customer support team for assistance.


12. Damaged Package

If your package appears damaged, opened, or tampered with at the time of delivery, we recommend that you do not accept the package, if possible.

Please:

  • Take clear photographs of the package.

  • Contact us immediately at oddminded.in@gmail.com.

  • Include your Order Number and photographs when reporting the issue.

Our team will investigate the matter and assist you as quickly as possible.
